To spread the conservation message to 70,000 school aged children!

ROCK ’N RIDE 4 RHINO is an ambitious conservation project created by Jason Hartman, Damien Mander and Dave Estment, that entails an epic 9,999km motorcycle adventure around Southern Africa, from 9 April – 1 Sep 2013.

It is a joint venture between MEN OF THE TREES, IAPF and the WILD IMAGING TRUST.

This will be done through interactive presentations by the crew and music performed by Jason Hartman, a former Idols winner in South Africa.

“Our goal is to create a culture of conservation for the entire population by raising awareness of the fact that everything is inter-connected and that the collapse of one species can lead to the collapse of an entire ecosystem,” said Jason Hartman.

Damien Mander added, “The extent of the brutal slaughter of our rhino makes this an indicator species to highlight the plight of many lesser-known but equally threatened species. Together, our three organisations form a holistic approach towards conservation and humanitarian projects; the two of which must go hand in hand if they are to be successful.”
